Please tell us a bit about your professional background, what attracted you to working at Gazprom Energy, and how long you’ve been with the business.
I started as an apprentice through the apprentice academy nearly 10 years ago, working towards a full-time role within the Customer Service team. I worked within customer services for four years gaining knowledge of the wider business and the energy industry.
Then an opportunity came up within the corporate sales team, as a Junior Corporate Account Manager which allowed further development in my professional career. Since then I’ve continued to grow within my role and have now become a Senior Executive managing a small number of accounts effectively and efficiently.
What is your position within the team, and what does your role involve day-to-day?
As mentioned, I’m currently a Senior Corporate Account Executive where I manage a small number of Third-Party Intermediaries (TPIs), ensuing I the highest level of service is given.
Additionally, I support the wider corporate team through query resolution, negotiating and improving processes with external stakeholders which ensures we can manage their accounts efficiently.

What do you find enjoyable and satisfying about your role within the business?
Internal and external stakeholder management, it’s helped build my confidence, provide me with insight to all areas of the business and develop my knowledge of the ever-changing energy industry.
