Metering and AMR Analyst

The primary objective of this role is to manage the process for installation of an AMR meter. In addition all industry aspects relating to Site Works activities for both Gas & Power will also be actioned within this role. Successful and efficient completion of these processes will Gazprom Energy apart from other suppliers and will support the Gazprom Energy vision of market leading services.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to manage the process for installation of an AMR meter. In addition all industry aspects relating to Site Works activities for both Gas & Power will also be actioned within this role. Successful and efficient completion of these processes will Gazprom Energy apart from other suppliers and will support the Gazprom Energy vision of market leading services.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate our AMR providers so that they exceed our internal and external installation and incoming data SLA’s
  • Co-ordinate all industry and internal D-flows, file flows and emails relating to the project management of any appropriate Site Works or AMR Service.
  • The identification of sites from Gazprom’s portfolio who are eligible for AMR
  • Sourcing new contact details and data cleansing sites eligible for AMR
  • Preparing and sending the order files to Gazprom’s AMR provider
  • Liaising with all third parties involved in the installation process to ensure the install is successful.
  • Managing our AMR provider so that SLA’s are adhered to
  • AMR Exception management; the identification and resolution of issues or queries preventing an AMR read being used for invoice production
  • Providing regular and adhoc AMR update reports
  • Assisting in any Power AMR and Site Services request where required
  • Efficiently and proactively managing the Metering mailbox and handling a number of internal and external phone calls
  • Process development and internal report production
  • Maintain and Develop high levels of Customer Service in support of the Gazprom Operational and Sales functions
  • Any other reasonable request made by the Metering & AMR Supervisor
  • To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Gazprom Energy Data Protection policy, Equal Opportunities policy, and the Email and Internet Acceptable Usage Policy, in addition to Fire and Health and Safety Regulations.

Experience

  • Proven working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel.
  • Experience of an Operations function within an Energy Supplier
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office including advanced MS Excel.
  • Any experience working as an 3rd party agent such as a MAM or MOP

 Education

  • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent qualification (or commensurate work experience in a relevant area).
