The Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA), an independent German regulatory authority, which is now the fiduciary for Gazprom Germania GmbH and its subsidiaries has published a letter of comfort to inform and reassure our business partners, banks and service providers.
In summary, the letter highlights the criticality of the services which Gazprom Germania GmbH and its subsidiaries provide to the stability and security of the gas supply sector across Europe and specifically requests that these stakeholders “continue their business relations with these companies [Gazprom Germania GmbH and its subsidiaries] in the usual manner and without additional restrictions or changes”.
