The primary focus of this role is to assist with the management of the Gas Metering Portfolio, internal and external stakeholders and Gazprom Energy’s Metering or MAM partners. In addition to this, the role may feature Industry Process and Project Management of Metering Services or query management to assist AMR roll out and support for any commodity including Power. Successful and efficient completion of these processes will set Gazprom Energy apart from other suppliers and will support the Gazprom Energy vision of market leading services.
•Manage the Appointment and De-appointment process to ensure that any live site has the relevant Meter Asset Manager appointed.•Investigate any Appointment or De-appointment file flow that has not successfully been processed and to rectify the issue.•Identify processes that will help support the continued integrity of the data and assist with any data cleansing issues on both GE systems and those of our industry stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•The identification of sites from Gazprom’s portfolio where no Meter Asset Manager has been appointed•Sourcing MAM details and updating all relevant systems•Processing file flows that update any relevant sites so that the correct MAM has been appointed whilst ensuring any de-appointments have also been made.•Liaising with all third parties involved ensuring the appointment or de-appointment is successful.•MAM exception management; the identification and resolution of issues or queries preventing MAM charges being duplicated or missed.•Production of the Meter Exchange dashboard report to ensure all exchanges have been processed correctly and relevant MAM details have been updated accordingly to support the integrity of all systems•Providing regular and adhoc update reports•Assisting in any metering requests where required•Efficiently and proactively managing relevant mailbox and handling a number of internal and external phone calls•Process development and internal report production•Working closely with the Operations Settlements team for all Metering and AMR enquiries surrounding appointments for MAM and post NEXUS AMR appointment or read queries•Maintain and Develop high levels of Customer Service in support of the Gazprom Operational and Sales functions•Any other reasonable request made by the Metering & AMR Supervisor•To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Gazprom Energy Data Protection policy, Equal Opportunities policy, and the Email and Internet Acceptable Usage Policy, in addition to Fire and Health and Safety Regulations.
