Our long-term vision is to become one of the best companies to work for in the UK. And to support this, we’re committed to offering a fulfilling working environment for all present and future employees, and one that rewards excellence and results.

How do I apply for roles at Gazprom Energy?

All vacancies for Gazprom Energy are advertised on our vacancies page, within the careers section of the website. Here you can view all active vacancies but also submit a speculative CV so that we can consider your application for any future roles too. Please note we do not advertise roles via LinkedIn, our Resourcing Partners may proactively reach out to candidates, but all applications should be submitted via the website

Can I apply for multiple roles?

You can apply for multiple roles at any one time – all through our online system. We advise all applicants to be selective and only apply for roles that you believe match both your skills and experience. Also, try not to be discouraged if you are unsuccessful in your application, we are a constantly changing organisation and will new opportunities become available very frequently.

What is the interview and selection process?

Once we have received your application via the system, we'll review it as quickly as we can and let you know the outcome either by phone or email.  Should we wish to progress your application, we will invite you to an initial telephone or face-to-face interview at one of our offices.  This will be with the relevant hiring manager and a member of the HR team.  If you’re successful at this stage you will be invited back for a final stage interview to meet with the Head of Department and other key stakeholders.

What is involved in the interview?

First stage interviews typically have both a technical and a competency-based or behavioural component together with a review of your CV.  Think about your key achievements and responsibilities and how they fit with our values and what we look for. Interviews usually last about one hour.  To prepare for your interview, do make sure you have read up about Gazprom Energy and familiarised yourself with the job description.  Do come prepared with some questions for us – this is a two way process, we want you to get as much out of the interview as you need too.

How will I be told if I am not successful at application or interview stage?

You will receive an email at application stage and a more detailed phone call for feedback following an interview.

How long will it take to hear back from my application or interview?

We try to respond to all applications within two weeks of receiving them.  For permanent roles first stage interviews are arranged within one month of the vacancy being posted and then any subsequent interviews or assessments happen as shortly after this as possible.  The full recruitment process will usually take about eight weeks. For temporary roles, this process is a lot quicker.
