What happens next?

  • A copy of your signed contract has been sent to our sales team.  Our sales team will perform a credit and final checks to ensure all important details are correct.  
  • If we need to talk to you, one of the team will be in touch within 2 business days.

  • On submitting your contract(s), unless we inform you that we will not be proceeding with your contract(s) you should not seek to enter into a contract with another energy supplier for supply to the site(s) within the contract(s) you have submitted to us.

  • Once we have processed the contract you will receive a confirmation email from us with your start date and other helpful information. 

  • If you are switching from another supplier
  • Once you receive an email from us confirming your start date, please remember to terminate your current agreement and settle any outstanding bill with your current supplier.
